Service The most successful toilers are those who cheerfully take up the work of serving God in little things. Every human being is to work with his life-thread, weaving it into the fabric to help complete the pattern.—_Testimonies for the Church 6:115_ There is always room for labourers in the church of God and Johnson Park is no exception. Holy Spirit driven individuals are needed to assist in key areas where there is no manpower or insufficient labourers. The call goes out for each one to assist. There are key areas to fill. There is need for more help. 2021 Church Officers Consecration Service Today, is the Consecration and Recommitment Service for 2021 serving church officers. We solicit your prayer for each one as they commit to working for the Master this year. In-Person Services Individuals wishing to attend in-person services are reminded to call the Clerk, Sister Valderine Sweeting, to indicate your attendance. The first sixty (60) persons will have priority; but must arrive by 10:45 a.m. for seats. After such time, seats will be surrendered to the wait-list or walk-in persons. Pastor’s Bible Class Please note that our afternoon Sabbath School Lesson time has been changed to accommodate our Bible Class conducted by Pastor Gordon. It begins at 3:15 p.m. All are invited. Please use the Divine Hour Zoom link. Bereaved Members Let us continue to keep our bereaved church members in prayer. We ask that you especially remember the Lightbourne Family as they make final preparations to bury their loved one. Let us also remember the Dean Family who have buried three family members in the last month. Pray for their comfort. Speaker’s Schedule The first quarter schedule of speakers for Divine Hour and departments responsible for the Wednesday night Prayer and Praise Service will be posted in the Church Board Group. Departments are asked to prepare accordingly.

Women’s Ministries Prayer Breakfast The JP Women's Ministry Department will be hosting its drive-thru Prayer Breakfast on Sunday, 31st January. The drive-thru begins at 7 a.m. and the Zoom Prayer meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. Don't miss it. Sick & At-Home Members Please continue to have focused prayers for our Sick and At-Home Members and reach out with an occasional call. Let them feel the personal touch. Sabbath School Classes Please note the additional changes to the Sabbath School Unit structure with particular reference to the Lower Division. The Units will be constituted as follows: 1. Units 1 & 4 - (J. Carter/R Lewis) 2. Unit 2 - (R. Dean/R. Sands) 3. Unit 3 - (K. Darling/P. Gordon) 4. Youth - (S. Romer/B. Saunders) LOWER DIVISION 5. Kindergarten - (V. Romer/B. Barr/D. Sunday Morning Prayer Meeting Our regular Sunday Morning Prayer Service will be held at 6 a.m. Please support. Pathfinders - Suspended Pathfinder meetings have been suspended until February 2021.
