STOCK CAR FAN NATION www.stockcarfannation.com (SCFN) is a one of a kind, unique portal created by Stock Car

Fan Nation, Inc. that provides entertainment, a streaming stock car focus channel, social media, reference library and a

diversified market place all focused to the needs and desires of the NASCAR fan.

SCFN will enable NASCAR / Stock Car fans to connect, share, discover and communicate with each other on mobile

devices, computers and more. There will be a number of different ways to engage on SCFN, the most important of which is

video chat and the news feed which will display an algorithmically ranked series of stories and advertisements

individualized for each fan.

have one site that is dedicated solely to the Fans (Forbes, 2018).

• 54% of NASCR 75 million fans get their news and information

MEMBERSHIP

SCFN has four levels of memberships / tiers that are listed below and what is included with each.

Tier 1: The unlimited use of all products and service for monthly subscription of $80.00

Tier 2: The unlimited use of all products and services excepted for the game room for monthly subscription of $60.00

Tier 3: The unlimited use of all items that have no charge plus MP-3/ YouTube Player, Video Chat, and the members wall

designed like their favorite driver paint scheme monthly subscription of $20.00

Tier 4: The unlimited use of all items that have no additional charges attached to their use

Shopping Subscription: provides members with a 10% increase in buying power for shopping on our site. Must be a 1-year

self-renewing agreement starting at a $1,000 monthly and has no limit on the face amount. Rewards Points will be given by

the total buying power amount.

MEMBERSHIP SPECIFICS

When using a free product, the member will see 60 commercials/ads in every hour which advertisers will pay $1 for each

commercial/ad shown.

Paid subscribers will see 15 minutes of commercials/ads per hour.

The use of restricted products requires a daily payment or monthly subscription.

The daily cost is $5 per restricted product or subscription starting at $20, $60 or $80 per month.

The lower subscription, Tier Three ($20 per month) allows access to one of the restricted products – Tier Two ($60 per

month) to three restricted products and Tier One ($80 per month) allows access to all restricted products.

The members may also purchase a monthly subscription of $1,000 or more for shopping in our market place - a shopping

subscription that supplies the member with 10% bonuses on their buying shopping power and rewards points equal to their

buying power.

REWARDS PROGRAM

The draw to our site is our rewards points program.

When registering, each member creates a SCFN bucket list dream

adventure.

SCFN calculates a rewards points number that the member must have

to exchange for that adventure and the member must earn the points

within two years by taking full use of the sites products and services to

earn points by using both free and restricted products.

Members are awarded points for most everything they do on SCFN

including grocery shopping!This makes every item on the SCFN portal a

way for members to earn collective points.

The Marketplace is divided into six sections - each section labeled for the types of products it offers and the stores are labeled after the products’

manufacturer i.e. Proctor & Gamble Nation.

Stock Car Fan Nation (SCFN) was born from the desire of sponsors to have quantitative evidence of the return they are receivingfrom marketing dollars spent in NASCAR.

SCFN learned about the sponsor's desires from our consulting business and work for several NASCAR teams. In designing SCFN wemade it possible for businesses of all sizes to benefit from our service.

Monthly fee - $300 per month with a 15% commission on a sale SCFN aides in generating.

GAME ROOM

SCFN will feature two games in our game room - Real Life Racing and Eight Division Fantasy.

(SCFN will increase this with a new game every six months).

Real Life Racing uses video of races which is digitized and allows members to race against real race driver. This game

can and will be played in real time, which means on race day as the race is in progress. Fans can race daily if they wish

and will receive points for finishing in the top ten *see above for break down.

Eight Division Fantasy is a weekly fantasy racing game were players select a team made up of one driver from each of

NASCARS’ eight divisions - the player with the most points wins *the rewards points break down is above.

$5 per day or $100 per month - or included in a Tier 1 membership for $80 per month.

Robert Wilson has been involved in the NASCAR industry for 44 years as both a volunteerfor a Saturday night race team and as a paid consultant for Cup Teams.

Mr. Wilson is retired Veteran of the United States Air Force and has experience as aninvestment advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission and other self-regulatoryauthorities.

He holds a BS in the Management of the Sports Industry and MS in Finance and FinancialService with a concertation in finance of the Sports Industry from the University of NewHaven and has completed all but his dissertation for a DBA in the Sports Industry with atransfer to Liberty University to compete the doctorate.
