The Knights of Columbus MEMBERSHIP MEETING is TUESDAY, MAY 4TH AT 7PM in the Social Center. All Knights are encouraged to attend. Nominations for officers for the next fraternal year are being compiled. Please come and help select your leadership for next year. Social distancing will be observed and masks are re-quired. Mass Intentions for the living and deceased members of the Knights of Columbus, Council 6010 is on Sunday, May 16th at 9 AM.

This Sunday, MAY 16TH the Knights of Colum-bus will be selling DONUTS “TO-GO” on Sun-day, after the Masses in the Rotunda next the kitchen exit. These donuts are made fresh in our Church’s kitchen that morning and are

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT FIRST COMMUNION MASS. Due to the overwhelming feedback we have received about the dates for the First Holy Communion Masses, we have decided to have only one bi-lingual First Holy Communion Mass at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 22, 2021. All children who are prepared for the sacrament (completed all 25 at-home lessons and viewed all of the special First Communion sessions on-line) will be able to participate that day. If your child is preparing for First Holy Communion and hasn't yet been able to participate in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, we will contact you with instructions. We thank you for your feedback and look forward to seeing you and your children at the First Holy Communion Mass.

ANUNCIO IMPORTANTE SOBRE LA MISA DE LA PRIMERA COMUNIÓN. Debido a la gran cantidad de respuestas que hemos recibido sobre las fechas de las Misas de la Primera Comunión, hemos decidido tener una sola Misa bilingüe de Primera Comunión a las 10:00 a.m. el día, Sábado 22 de Mayo de 2021. Todos los niños(as) que estén preparados para el sacramento (completado las 25 lecciones en casa y haber visto todas las sesiones especiales de Primera Comunión en línea) podrán participar ese día. Si su hijo(a) se está preparando para la Primera Comunión y todavía no ha podido participar en el Sacramento de la Reconciliación, nos pondremos en contacto con ustedes para darles instrucciones.

ATTENTION PARENTS. Starting in the Fall of 2021 we will return to an in-person Christian Formation. For our return, we will focus on in-person classes for children who are preparing for their Sacraments. First Holy Communion and Confirmation both require two years of preparation. Students who did not complete their Christian Formation at-home work this year will be required to complete it next year. First Holy Communion Year one -- First grade students and those who didn't complete work this year Year two -- Second grade students who completed all of their 2020 - 2021 at home lessons Confirmation Year one -- Seventh grade students or eighth grade students who didn't complete work this year Year two -- Eighth or ninth grade students who completed all of their 2020 - 2021 at home lessons We will be making additional announcements -- including registration information -- in the coming weeks. March 19th marked five years since Pope Francis' apostolic exhortation Amoris Laetitia, on love in the family. He has ushered in a "year" of celebration and deepened reflection on the family from March 19th all the way through the 10th World Meeting of Families in Rome on June 26th, 2022.
