Welcome Mai (Tran) Green

Mai started her Salesforce career in 2009 on the Strategic Events team. A social connector and storyteller by nature, Mai was drawn to the transformational success of Customers. Mai initiated the first immersive Customer Company experience with Trunk Club at a Salesforce World Tour event in 2013, and since then has built the Dreamforce Customer Success Showcase from the ground up. Mai's team is entirely focused on customer engagement and marketing, including the expansive online Customer Success Stories showcase and Customer Hero program.
