SPECIFICATIONS/CHASSIS
Counterweight
4T, suspended installation, fixed on the
turntable with bolt.
Operator's cab
It is arranged on one side of the turntable, and the overall
structure is made of corrosion resistant steel plate, the
sliding door design and large area inlaid type safety glass
are adopted, providing a wide field of vision; using the
ergonomic design, it is equipped with full-covered soft
inner decoration, with adjustable seat, which enables the
operator to work in a comfortable and easy way.
Main boom
Synchronous telescoping lifting boom in hexagonal
section; the telescoping mechanism consists of a single
cylinder and rope guide, and the balance valve is installed
on the cylinder.
Main winch
Fixed piston motor and hydraulic brake system are
equipped with balance valves; the max. single-rope
rate is 140m/min and the steel rope is 165m long.

SUPERSTRUCTURE
Hydraulic system
The axial piston variable pump under constant power
control of loaded sensory control plus constant power
control is used, capable of adjusting rate scale and
power adaptation, and it may automatically adjust the oil
pump reasonably according to the load conditions, thus
utilizing power in a reasonable way. Not only does the rate
control not depend on throttling, but also energy waste is
reduced.

Slew
The slewing system consisting of fixed piston motor
and decelerator features a max. rotating speed of 2.7r/
min.
Aux. winch
Fixed piston motor and hydraulic brake system are
equipped with balance valves; the max. single-rope
rate is 140m/min and the steel rope is 135m long.

Safety devices
Color LCD displays the parameters, including torque
percentage, load of lift hook, rated load, arm length,
angle, and lifting height, etc., in a centralized way; the
setup of built-in load list and operation parameters of
the system is under safety restriction and protection.

is in the leveling state. The values above the thick real line in the table are dependent on the strength of crane, and the
values below the thick real line are dependent on the stability of crane.
② The operating range in the table refers to the actual range after hoisting.
③ The values of rated loads depending on stability surely follow ISO 4305.
④ The rated lifting capacity in the table includes the weight of lifting hook (the main lifting hook weighs 360kg and
auxiliary lifting hook 160kg) and hoisting tools.
⑤ If the actual boom length and range are between two values, the rated lifting capacity determined by the longer boom
and the larger range shall be selected for the lifting operation.
