PP MODULES MTO UPLOAD PROCESS

1. SAP Login and Use T-Code: MD04

Enter =>>

2. Here we collect PldOrd Number under Refernce Sales Order like: 1100017258 number’s PldOrd number is 0000026769

We should take this 26769 number date this Sales Order’s (1100017258) Date: 03.04.2011

Here we are doing filtering Sales Order MTO for Material: 5000000000 and using Bag: 2000000000 but we need to check this packing Material in SAP is available or not. What ever Packing Martial is there we should take Sales Orders which bag qty matching with Packing Materials Qty.

3. Here we should create PldOrd LSMW Sheet for Materials: 5000000000 and Packing Material: 2000000000 and Date: 03.04.2011

4. Now Should LSMW Excel Sheet Data in a Note Pad.

5. Now Should Start LSMW in SAP and upload PldOrd

Now Press Execute (F8)

Here Click in Change Button and attach .txt file

Here Save the File and Press F3 (Back) and click next (F8)

Here Click in Change Button and save and

Click on PldOrd Number and Check data

Here Successfully 7 Data Uploaded and Created Production Order (Prd_Ord) Now use T-code: /N

6. Use T-Code: MD04

Enter =>>

Here New 7 PrdOrd Number generate: 1026221, 1026222, 1026223, 1026224, 1026225, 1026226, 1026227

7. We should take this number in new excel sheet and date.

8. Now Should LSMW Excel Sheet Data in a Note Pad.

9. Now Should Start LSMW in SAP and upload PrdOrd

Now Press Execute (F8)

Here Click in Change Button and attach .txt file

Here Save the File and Press F3 (Back) and click next (F8)
