Attend this deep-dive for step-by-step instructions to get the most out of this important business tool. Attendees will view detailed demonstrations and get best practices for performing common planning scenarios, including headcount planning, sales and operations planning, capital expenditure and profitability planning and more.

Attendees will learn how to analyze balance sheets, profit and loss, and statements of cash flow to identify weaknesses in financial plans. Participants will also explore the benefits of using the starter kit available with BPC, and utilizing pre-delivered content for liquidity planning. Get best practices (such as leveraging the proper design of entity structures) for performing management and legal consolidation.

Those attending will also get insight into how to create business rules to optimize common consolidation activities including currency translation, carry-forwards, intercompany bookings and account transformations.
