50 scholarships available: 10 x 50% of tuition fees, 10 x 100% of tuition fees, 30 x an AUD$10 000 discount in the tuition fees.

• Be commencing study at the University of Melbourne for the first time in the year for which the IPCA is offered.• Not being in receipt of any other tuition fee scholarship the value of which, in combination with the IPCA, exceeds the tuition fees.• Students do not apply. All international students commencing one of the eligible programs will be considered.

International Scholarship

Elegibility and conditions:

• No separate application for the Scholarship is necessary.

• The scholarship will cover tuition fees and living allowance for up to three years with a possibility of one semester’s extension for PhD students

• Not hold a research qualification regarded to be equivalent to an Australian research doctorate or, if undertaking a research masters degree, not hold a research qualification regarded to be equivalent to an Australian research masters.

• Not be receiving a scholarship for which course tuition is a component under any other scholarship scheme to which the Australian govern-ment makes a substantial contribution.

• Have the equivalent of an Australian first class honours degree (80% or better) or, for doctoral applicants, a masters by research degree.
