Work Stations

GBP has a wide range of work station frames for both light assembly work and more heavy duty workshop work. The framescome in a variety of widths and depths that, together with our extensive range of accessories, provide a flexible system thatwill satisfy most requirements. Add in specially-adapted products and a wide range of work tops, and we can confidently say thatwe have the broadest range currently available on the market. All minimum and maximum table frame heights quoted refer tothe height without work top. All ESD work stations are approved by the Technical Research Institute of Sweden (SP) and arecompliant with the requirements of IEC 61340-5-1 and EN 100015-1.

Motorised dual column work stationERGOMAXThis table frame comprises two aluminium columnsfitted with feet, a top frame and a hand control.Extender frame, C-profile and rigid double cross braceare included. Heavy duty legs with pedestalConsists of 755 mm deep heavy duty legs that havean adjustable height of between 700 and 970 mm, alockable pedestal and adjustable base. Heavy duty work tops42 mm thick work tops with pre-drilled hole pattern and M8 insert nuts for fitting heavy duty legs and pedestal. The work tops have asolid wood core and a barrier glued fibreboard. Surface treatments as shown below. Suitable for all table frames in the range. Not recommended for light H frames.

1. Extender frame. Heavy duty trestle legs must be supplemented with extender frames in order to enable the use of GBP’s range of accessories (see page 14). In order to enable accessories to be fitted to Ergomini frames, Extender Kit 40-434-2002 and a C-profile (see page 18) must be used.

2. Fitting kit for perforated uprights. One fitting kit per upright is required (see page 18).3. Cross brace for perforated uprights. Storage unitsThe pedestal shell measures 375x485 mm (WxD). They areavailable in three heights: 270, 380 and 600 mm. Thepedestal is lockable. A cylinder lock is fitted in the shell andlocks all drawers. Environment and Quality

GBP Ergonomics AB endeavours to care for the environment and our

goal is to always ensure that we work with the most environmentally

friendly materials and methods which are commercially available.

The components we manufacture ourselves do not contain any known

allergenic substances.

We are certified in accordance with the ISO 14001 environmental

management system.

Transport packaging consists of polystyrene and polythene shrink wrap

film, meaning we use the bare minimum of packaging material.

Transport is provided by goods forwarders with documented

environmental work.

The materials in our products are easy to identify, which facilitates

recycling.

The company is listed on the REPA register.

QualityOur operations are compliant with the company’s quality management

system. We are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.



Sales and Delivery T & Cs

1 QUOTATION1.1 ValidityUnless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days fromdate of issue. Any index adjustments will be specified. Deliverytime and assembly time apply with reservation for interim sales.

1.2 Deviations from quoteIf the quote is accepted, either in part or with amendments thatdo not correspond to the quote, the Vendor reserves the right torenegotiate the terms and conditions.

1.3 DocumentationDrawings and specifications prepared by the Vendor remain theproperty of the Vendor and may not be passed to a third partywithout the Vendor’s express written permission.

2 ORDERSOrders must be confirmed in writing or by way of a faxed orderconfirmation. Acknowledgement of the order confirmation shall be issuedwithin 8 days.Orders may only be cancelled with the agreement of the Vendor.For order values less than SEK 300, we will charge an adminis-tration fee of SEK 100.

3 DELIVERY3.1 Delivery termsAny factory, unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 Delivery timeDelivery time from the factory will be stated in the order confir-mation. Delivery time may be postponed should the Purchaserfail to provide necessary information.

3.3.1 Delivery delayA late delivery penalty will only be paid if such a mechanism hasbeen specifically agreed between the parties. The Vendor disclaimsliability for damages resulting from lost profit, monetary contribu-tions or other indirect damage.

3.3.2 Force majeure etc.Deliveries that are prevented from being completed as the result ofwar, fire, industrial disputes or other force majeure outside the controlof the Supplier shall entitle the delivery time to be extended accord-ingly. If these obstacles make it impossible to complete the deliveryor make the delivery significantly difficult to complete, the Suppliershall be released from its liability. For deliveries that have been subjectto the above, delayed or cancelled, the Supplier disclaims liability fordamages.

3.4 Receipt of goodsThe Purchaser is responsible for receiving goods and immediatelyplacing them in areas with normal levels of heat and humidity. Inthe event of there being an omission in a delivery, the Purchasershall notify the shipper at the time the goods are received. Specified on the consignment note before acknowledgement occurs.For damage, see point 3.5.

3.5 DamageGoods damaged in transit shall be indicated on the consignmentnote prior to acknowledgement and the shipping company shall beinformed immediately. The goods shall be unpacked immediatelyand examined for any hidden damage incurred during transit.This damage shall be reported to the shipper within 7 days. Areport shall also be sent to the Vendor.

3.6 ComplaintsComplaints in respect of the delivery must be submitted within7 days of the delivery being received.

3.7 ReturnsNo returns will be approved without written approval.Shipping and transport insurance shall be paid by the sender.

4 PAYMENT TERMS30 days net. Late payments will be subject to penalty interest at8% above the base rate.Packaging included. Shipping costs to be added. VAT to be added.

5 GUARANTEEFor guarantee information, see the relevant company’s website.

6 RIGHT OF OWNERSHIPAll good supplied remain the property of the Vendor until pay-ment has been received in full.

7 SECURITYA bank guarantee may be required. The cost of this shall beborne by the Purchaser.

We accept no liability for any typesetting errors.

We reserve the right to make design changes without prior notice.
