A 100% Italian project, designed and produced withinthe Segafredo Zanetti group by San Marco, the leadingmanufacturer of professional coffee machines. Thenew SZ01 is equipped with 2 boilers, one for makingcoffee and hot water, the other for dispensing steam.An important feature is the water softener, whichremoves calcium present in the water, thus preventingthe formation of scale inside the machine.

There are many characteristics that set the SZ01 ina class of its own in terms of performance. Forexample the pre-infusion button, which wets thepod prior to dispensing for maximum flavourextraction, and the steam and hot water deliverysystem. Like larger bar versions, this machine is

equipped with analuminium top forheating cups or glasses.An automatic milkfrother can also be fittedon request.
