CURRICULUM
The UW IT Management curriculum is designed and taught by the same UW faculty who teach on campus. You will take 11 three-credit courses online, plus a one-credit capstone preparation course prior to satisfying the final three-credit capstone course completed at a real workplace. As part of your degree, you will receive access to a Virtual Lab, which lets you remotely access dozens of tools such as SQL Server and Tableau.

CAPSTONE
For the final course, the capstone experience, you will apply what you’ve learned in the program to develop a project and get hands-on experience at a real workplace. Each project is tailored to a student’s interests and career goals and often leads to job opportunities and professional connections. Up to 1,000 word statement of personal intent describing your decision to pursue the degree and what you believe you will bring to the information technology field
Campuses may waive some of these requirements as part of the comprehensive application process.¹ The GMAT and GRE are not required. ² Program academic directors have the option to waive a prerequisite based, in part, on student work experience and background.
