STAIRS&LANDINGS

1 Stairs and landings are away from the walls by 30mm for the

acustics reasons.

2 Terraco joint is 20mm.

3 Stair and landing joint to be filled with concrete on site.

4 Neoprene is placed in the stair and landing joint for acustic

reasons.

5 Stair leading to the basement is fixed into the ground supported

floor from the bottom by two M16 type bolts. Sits on the levelling

component and joint is filled with concrete on site.

6 Step lenght is 630mm. Sum of 2 risers and 1 going is 630mm.

Riser hight is 175mm, going lenght is 280mm.

7 Height of the railing on stairs is 800mm, on landing 900mm,

guardian is 1200mm.

8 Stairs and landings are not connected to the elevator shaft.

9 Opening for neoprene sleeve must be 300mm for assembly

reasons.

10 Neoprene sleeves are levelled with steel plates.

11 Landings rests on separate load bearing leaf for accustic

reasons.

12 Landings are connected to the wall from 2 ends to the neoprene

sleeve with steel mandrel. Stairs are laying on the landings and are

not connected to the wall.

13 Railings on stairs and landing is connected to the wall, guardian

is connected to the side of the landing with bolts type M12.

14 Thickness of landings is 240mm.
