technically and economically advantageous

high quality service at lower costs

The employees should have been encouraged to gain enjoyment from their work and develop themselves.

Barretto should stick with the gradual change in the maintenance activities.

Production and maintenance department should coordinate the details in order to avoid upsetting production plans and schedules.
