Initial checklista. Inspect property for location of gas meter and appliances
b. Visually inspect flues for locations and conditions
c. Inspect ventilation
d. Carry out gas tightness test, inspect bonding, pipework and materials
Boiler servicing checklist1. Visual inspection of appliance
2. Strip down boiler and inspect/clean flue
3. Clean heat exchanger, burner, injectors and pilot assembly, check APS hoses and clean flue Venturi, clean fan
4. Reassemble boiler, replace any seals if required
5. Clean condense trap (if applicable)
6. Recharge pressure vessel (if applicable)
7. Run boiler and check FFD
8. Gas rate appliance at full load
9. Check incoming gas pressure, burner pressure, running pressure at meter
10. Carry out FGA test or flue performance tests
11. Check burner casing seal if positive pressure
12. Fit sticker to boiler and complete paperwork, ensure appliance is left in working order
