Legal Set-up: Liaison Office (LO)• LO application entering in its 4 month (estimative was 3-6 months for

conclusion) period• Reserve Bank of India has asked the Government of India for their

clearance (possibly clearance from Ministry of Finance as ETSI is a not-for-profit Organization).

• Good news: No further documentation asked• Outcome is foreseen anytime now, possibly during June• Once established, next step is to open the so-called QA22C account

with the bank which shall operate the LO (paper work already being analyzed)

Rental lease agreement between EBTC-ETSI LO• A Business and Facilities Agreement finalized but in force only when

LO established and EBTC has authorization of the Indian Ministry of Home affairs to transfer running costs from Brussels to Delhi

• Intermediary solution (Gentlemen’s Agreement) agreed with EUROCHAMBERS as follows:

• Once the LO is in place, ETSI shall be invoiced retroactively for the due lease months a that point in time.

• A 6 months lease period (equivalent to 42 k Euros) has been set as limit for ETSI and EUROCHAMBERS to reconvene again and decide way forward

“Caliber” manpower agreement• Service provider Limited Agreement to be signed and effective as of

the start of the LO• Intermediary solution:

• Identical contract, with same provisions, signed between Dinesh’s company AeON and Caliber valid until the ETSI LO is in place.
