Task Reminder
User will be notified by a
reminder email if task is
greater than week period. He
will receive following email
notification.
Task overdue
If user will not submit the
task with in target date then
status of task will
automatically change to
overdue and following email
will be escalated to both
user and task administrator.
Task submission
Once user will submit the
task, admin will be
notified by following
email. This will
automatically change the
status of task to
complete.
Task Re-opening
Admin can re-open any
submitted task if he is
not satisfied with
outcome of submitted
task. Following email
notification will be
sent to user if task is
re-open by admin.
In-complete task.
A task will be consider as
in-complete if the value
for task completed is
submitted “No”. Admin
will received following
email notification, he may
take further action
depending on justification
given in outcome section.
