Mike Mills, Scott Zufall and Denny Frey

successfully completed the annual CountryMark Pit Stop Training in

June 2013. Mike and Denny had attended Pit Stop years ago but

chose to refresh & update our knowledge on the premium petrole-

um products & services we provide our customers today. Scott, like Mike, works in vari-

ous customer service capacities for our Co-op. For his first time, Scott attended Pit

Stop to expand his knowledge about CoumtryMark, Cooperative structures; their prod-

    ucts & services.

Expanding our knowledge on issues such as new API classifications on motor oil in

2015, CountryMark’s marketing for success in the future, upcoming laws/regulations

in our industry and how to improve our customer services, will continue to keep your

Shelby County Co-op the best value in today’s industry.
