PBL has over 55+ business-related compeons in various fields, including Markeng/Management, Adversing, Sales, Accounng/Finance, and Hospitality. Phi Beta Lambda parcipated in “Desktop Publishing” compeon, which required the team to create a markeng packet for an eco-friendly personal care company, including a logo, half page adversement, brochure, and a poster. SHRM is the world’s largest professional associaon, in over 140 countries, devoted to human resource management. This course focuses on techniques for the development and strategic planning required for successfully negotiating business contracts, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution issues/techniques. MGT 4373 is a prerequisite for this course, which will count as an advanced HR elective for management majors with the HR concentration or an advanced management elective for general management majors. Submit a closed class request form to the department via our website if you are interested in enrolling in the course.
