Phi Beta Lambda parcipated in “Desktop Publishing” compeon, which required the team to create a markeng packet for an eco-friendly personal care company, including a logo, half page adversement, brochure, and a poster. This course focuses on techniques for the development and strategic planning required for successfully negotiating business contracts, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution issues/techniques. MGT 4373 is a prerequisite for this course, which will count as an advanced HR elective for management majors with the HR concentration or an advanced management elective for general management majors.
