48 hours of sprouting and then dried. Extremely low in caffeine and rich

in antioxidants. The leaves are picked only 2 to 3 days each year and

is processed entirely by hand. When infused they produce a clean airy

fragrance. This brew is unique with a mildly sweet and refreshing taste

followed by traces of citrus.
