GENERAL AUCTION RULES
You will be given a paddle number at check-in. Use this number for bidding and identification in both the SILENT and LIVE Auctions. All Auction items have been donated by parishioners and friends of Holy Family Church and may not be exchanged. All sales are final. Unless otherwise specified, all Auction items and services must be used within ONE YEAR after the date of this Auction.
All Auction items are sold in “AS IS” condition. Holy Family makes no warranties or representations of any kind with respect to any items or services sold. Values indicated for some items are estimates only and are not warranted by Holy Family for tax purposes or general values. The Auction Committee reserves the right to withdraw an item from the Auction at any time. PAYMENT IN FULL ON THE EVENING OF THE AUCTION IS MANDATORY. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card. We encourage you to preregister your card (Visa or MasterCard) for a quicker checkout. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is not included with the items. Unless otherwise specified, airfare is not included with the items.

SILENT AUCTION RULES To make a Silent Auction bid, print your paddle number and name next to the printed bid amount on the topmost blank line of the bid sheet. All items require a minimum bid, as noted on the bid sheet. Please respect the minimum bid and incremental amounts. Each bid must equal or exceed the minimum increase required for the item. The Silent Auction will open at 5:00 p.m. and close at 7:30 p.m. The Silent Auction categories will close at various time intervals throughout the evening. The closing times will be announced during the evening. The highest bid at the closing time will constitute the winning bid. The winning bid will be highlighted by a Holy Family Auction official. No bid will be accepted after the announcement of the official close. In the event of a dispute, the Auction Chairpersons shall have sole and final discretion in determining the winning bid.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY THE AUCTION BID SHEET BE REMOVED FROM THE BIDDING TABLE OR CONCEALED FROM VIEW.
