3.1 The Diary consists of 6 separate boxes. Each box represent one day from Monday to Saturday. Once

3.3 Each week, you should schedule tasks as stated in Week W+1 of the To-Do List only.

4.6 Sort the new To-Do List in W+1 by due date (Column G)

4.7 List new planned tasks in W+2 To-Do List and also the Contract Hours section

4.8 Schedule the tasks in 4.6 above to the Diary
