Why install a water softener?
The problems caused by hard water:

· Skin irritation
· Greater consumption of detergents and cleaners
Limestone deposits in bathtubs and showers, sinks and taps, creating unsightly stains.
Less clear, but with a more negative impact, it can obstruct pipes, boilers and water heaters,
reducing efficiency and increasing energy costs. Also the maintenance of the scale can
cause early damage on the operation of facilities.
Yet that's not all: the hard water causes calcium and gypsum to deposit on skin and clothing,
therefore prevents washing. Also, besides provoking the risk of irritation, hard water requires
the use of a greater quantity of detergents and cleaners.

...are the strengths of North Star®. Our valve can be removed with bare hands in a few
steps, and built in plastic supply certified and is made from 30% fewer parts than
conventional valves. The valve is mounted directly on the rotor without the use of
mechanical connections.

...in programming: our electronics are extremely innovative, and just as easy to program. In
a few seconds and by pressing two buttons, the system is up and running. There is no need
to perform tests and special procedures.
Unique technology in regenerative level variable resins...
...the plant is able to use resins with different levels regenerative, based on consumption
detected by the electronics, and allows to offer a plant always in line with the needs of the
customer ensuring power reductions up to -47% of salt and up to -50% of water.
The flexibility of our system offers important benefits to our customers:
· The system does not require costly pressure relief valves since the implant is always
able to respond to user requirements. Also, the finished plant costs less and is more
properly sized for the needs of the end user, providing a more intelligent solution, fair
and ecological.
· The implant provided does not need dosage of chemicals to mask the presence of
lime scale in the water: with our plant, the limestone is not hidden, but eliminated;
· Our customers do not have to keep complex ranges in stock, but very few codes
which can handle all the needs of the market.
