Born in Kittanning on No- vember 3, 1943, he was the son of Frederick and Anna Lourene (Moesta) Fair. He was a craftsman by trade. He attended First Baptist Church in Kittanning. He enjoyed music, gardening, woodworking, and doing ex- tensive art work. He is survived by two broth- ers: Fred (Kaye) Fair of New Castle, and Sid (wife) Fair of Kittanning; sister: Karen Fair of Cowansville; nephews: Gary Fair of Florida, and Kirk Fair of Pittsburgh; niec- es: Tamie (Todd) Crawford of Kittanning, Marni Wat- kinds of New Castle, Michele Dodge of New Castle, and Melissa Swogger of North Carolina; and seven great- nieces and great-nephews. FAIR - Clifford Moesta Fair, 71, of Cowansville, died on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at home surrounded by his fam-ily.

Born in Kittanning on No-vember 3, 1943, he was the son of Frederick and Anna Lourene (Moesta) Fair. He was a craftsman by trade.

He attended First Baptist Church in Kittanning. He enjoyed music, gardening, woodworking, and doing ex-tensive art work.
