Fee $250 Full Accommodation & Meals Linen & Towel Hire
$15 or bring your own. Pillow, Blanket and Dooner are provided.
Bunk Style Single Bed lower bunks only, accommodation 3 max to each
room with own ensuuite shower and toilet, all rooms heated to
20deg.
$35 per night - Stay on for more skiing days & self-cater,
in fully equipped kitchen near dormitories - booking to be arranged

Online Registration form will provide for indication if you may
need assistance with transport from Canberra Airport to Jindabyne.
You may prefer to hire a car with others and share cost.
Depending on demand cost will be additional to cover cost of bus
hire, some travelling through may also be able to collect from
Airport also, contact for those who indicate will be nearer to time
for these arrangements.
For those that arrive earlier a short worship period together to
open Sabbath will be held in the Lounge, Our Weekend will commence
officially with Dinner Friday evening followed by our opening
program with our great musical team of James Toogood, Mark Menzies
and Annali Bird, followed then by our special guest speaker, Pr
Warwick Sawyer on his chosen theme and will conclude after
Breakfast Monday when you are then free to organize your own
activities if wishing to stay on or make your way home. Meals are
served in the community dining room of the Lodge. Supper in
evenings will also be provided and access to Drink Station in
Dining Room throughout the day. An early morning prayer group will
meet in the lounge at 7.15 a.m. each morning for those who wish to
participate. Saturday evening we will again have our Gala Dinner,
with Theme this year still to be decided, followed by the Royal
Variety Concert. Love you to contribute an item to the program
whether it be music, song, skit or verse. Bring sheet music for
your item if you need musical accompaniment. If you have a musical
instrument do bring that along also. We have once again arranged
for Sunday lunch to be a packed lunch wraps, snacks and drink. Cost
for the day to Snow/ Equipment Hire on Sunday 7th June to follow
once available nearer to the season opening for those who would
like to participate. Last June not all went Skiing, some chose to
go up the mountain sightseeing and also up the lifts to top of
Thredo, another group went hiking, another group went Trout
Fishing, others enjoyed a group outing to a resort and a cuppa and
chat together. Other activities at AAV could include Table Tennis,
Pool, Air Hockey, Tennis, going for a walk or just hanging around
the fire in the lounge.
For interstate and NZ travelers flying into Canberra we will
endeavor to assist with Transport arrangements to Jindabyne if need
be, once you have registered. When arriving go to the camp office
on the left as you approach the camp. Room Allocation will be from
2pm. If you have asked to hire linen collect from office on arrival
also.
