FINAL PROGRAM LISTINGEach exhibiting company must submit a 50-word company description for the scientific program. Descriptions longer than 50-words will be edited without approval from the exhibiting company. The description should be sent before July 15, 2019. Company descriptions received after this date may not be included in the final scientific program.
EARLY ACCESS FOR EXHIBITORSBooth personnel are permitted access to the Exhibit Hall one hour before and one hour after the official exhibit hours. An exhibit badge is required for entrance.
BADGE IDENTIFICATIONAll congress participants and guests must wear a World Sleep 2019 congress badge at all times. Badges allow entrance to the scientific sessions and access to the convention center. Exhibitors will pre-register attendees. Badges will be available at the Registration Desk upon arrival at Vancouver Convention Centre.
LEAD RETRIEVALWorld Sleep 2019 will not use a lead retrieval system, but rather each attendee badge will include a unique QR code containing contact information for that individual. QR code scanners are available in mobile app stores, usually at no cost.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICYAll notices of cancellation or space reductions must be received in writing.

The fundamental mission of the World Sleep Society is to advance sleep health worldwide.
World Sleep Society will fulfill this mission by promoting and encouraging education, research and patient care throughout the World, particularly in those parts of the world where the practice of sleep medicine is less developed.
