• 27 years female
• Right Oopherectomy specimen
• Received Slides and blocks for review & IHC
Case No : 2• 58 years female
• C/O Abdominal pain and distension
• CT Scan Abdomen and pelvis :
• Right ovary is cystic and measures 7 x5x 3 cm
• Multiple peritoneal deposits noted in right iliac fossa, largest of them measures 2.5 x 2x 1.3 cm
• Moderate hepatomegaly with multiple cysts and rupture of largest lesion with associated abdominal collections
Gross examination
1) Panhysterectomy specimen• Right ovary enlarged and measured 7x6x3cm.• On C/S – Cystic and filled with pultaceous material• Left adnexa, cervix and endomyometrium –
unremarkable grossly
2) Omentum – Shows multiple nodular lesions and largest nodule m 2.5x2x1.2 cm

Case no : 3• 57 years female
• C/O abdominal pain.
• MRI – Large well defined retroperitoneal space occupying lesion on right pre/paravertebral location extending from L2 – L4
• Uterus and bilateral adnexae normal
• ? Paraganglioma
• Received USG guided FNAC and resection specimen.

• Tumour m 10.5x8.5x4.5cm• External surface – Nodular, congested,
smooth. • C/S – Encapsulated, yellowish grey with focal
cystic areas
