Initial proposal
• Allowing audience to be an active role in viewing a video.
• Motion tracking to choose videos to show.
• Sound to control the rhythm of the videos.
Revised proposal
• Only use motion tracking to watch the videos.
• Videos with different shooting perspectives will be put on a virtual cube on its six faces.
• The cube rotates according to the movement of the audience, and shows the videos from different perspectives.
[ Look at the prototype (SWF) ] the example is controlled by the mouse movement.
Progress
• Succeed to create a virtual cube and could be rotated by the mouse movement.
• Find the actionscript examples of motion tracking
• Planning to shoot videos putting on the cube.
Research
• Find related examples of actionscript from the web try to make use them in my work.
• Reference on books of similar works showing different perspectives shooting in a movie.
Future planning
• Mainly shooting.
• Applying motion detection programming codes in my work.
• Embedding videos on the cube.
