CD-BAG1 Hygienic, fast and economical handling of waste
The CD-BAG1 takes almost any type of waste: food, cartons, cans, bottles, plastic, cardboard, even light wooden crates. The compactor deals with waste at the point where it is generated, whether the kitchen, the office or the hospital. It takes up little floor space and can be fitted in easily to existing layouts. Waste is simply dropped in – there is no noise, no mess, no smell. The whole process is simple, clean and tidy.
When the container is full a red light indicates that the container can be removed for disposal and a new plastic bag be inserted into the machine. The compactor is low-maintenance: made of stainless steel, its smooth design requires only an occasional wipe down.
Waste collectors such as local authorities may put limits on the weight of a compacted bag. Fast food outlets, restaurants and hotels will be particularly conscious of this problem, which the CD-BAG1 can easily resolve with the adjustment of a simple thumbscrew, enabling the operator to control the size and weight of the compacted bag at all times.

CD-BIN1 Eliminate expensive and bulky waste containers
Particularly suitable for wet waste and heavy use, the CD-BIN1 achieves maximum cost savings as well as a significant reduction in effort and labour. Simply position the compactor directly where waste is generated – the unit utilises manpower as anyone can operate it, even without training.
The CD-BIN1 can be fed continuously, whilst compacting waste, helping to keep the working environment tiday and efficient and eliminating the need for expensive and space-consuming waste containers – it requires less than 2m2 of space and is only 2.3m high. The unit improves hygiene by discouraging vermin and insects and by minimising smells.
Compaction of the waste results in a reduction of the number of emptying journeys, keeping them to a minimum and resulting in drastic savings. Compaction ratios of up to 10:1 can be achieved by the CD-BIN1’s special power crusher roller, which collects, shreds and compacts at the push of a button.
