INTENDED USE

The Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML is designed to stabilize and optimize energy

consumption. The Smart - Optimizer is connected to the main AC voltage 380-400V, 50Hz-60Hz.

This product does not distort the main supply.

TERMS OF USE It should not be used in a explosive environment nor containing conductive dust or corrosive gases and

vapors in concentrations destroying metals and insulation; absence of excessive vibration, shaking and

shock.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

Regulation of network parameters is carried out by inducing electromotive forces in different directions by a thin coil of the transformer by changing the polarity of its relatively thick coil..

During operation, the optimizer used three main operating modes: 1. Mode "transit" (at 209B ± 1V ≤ Uin ≤ 223V ± 1V). Thus Uout = Uin.

2 Mode "voltage boost"(at 170V ± 1V ≤ Uin ≤ ± 1V 209V).At the same 182V ±

1V≤Uin<221V±1V.

3. Mode "voltage reduce " (at 223V ± 1V ≤ Uin ≤ 275V ± 1V). Thus 210B ≤ ± 1V Uout <260V

±1V.

Automatic load shedding (when Uin> 275V ± 1V). This triggered the automatic load shedding by

the optimizer not later than 0.012 seconds after exceeding the specified input voltage range (the presence of this function is specified in the specification).

Automatic activation load when returning input voltage range from 170V to 260V (the presence of this feature is stipulated in the Specifications).

In the case of the potential in the neutral wire, non-zero or zero wire breakage, or the disappearance

of one of the phases is triggered automatic load shedding with the ability to manua l switch after the fault.

COMPOSITION OF THE OPTIMIZER

1. Electronic control unit includes:

- Controller + power supply independent for each phase (for issuing control signals);

- Switching unit (switching exercises related to the change mode of the optimizer)

- Block shunt capacitance.

2. Power Section includes:

- Protective devices power-switching,

- Phased system of the transformer power corresponding to the nominal power optimizer

The principal distinguishing features of our device Smart - Optimizer ECOD and other

voltage regulator in the power supply.

1. The efficiency of our devices is 97% (all known stabilizers for industrial use, efficiency does not

exceed 96%)

2. The power transmission ratio of our device is 1:18,3. While all known stabilizers for industrial

use has power transmission ratio 1: 2. This means that the capacity of the transformer of all other

stabilizers for industrial use shall be not less than half of power of the load . This means that these

devices has more bigger dimensions, more bigger weight and more expensive cost . These devices

consume up to 5% of the electricity for their own needs. That is why does not make sense to use

this stabilizers like optimizers of power consumption.

3. The power load can vary from 0 to 100%, which does not affect the quality of regulation.

4. The regulatory process takes place without breaking the circuit and distortion sine wave voltage.

SAFETY AND WARNINGS

Installation and Service of Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML should follow all

safety requirements when working with electrical installations.

FORBIDDEN:

-to store and install Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML in areas with explosive or

chemical environments the ability to destroy metal and insulation materials, areas of construction

debris and dust, near containers with flammable liquids;

-connect and operate of Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML without grounding;

-use the same wire as the grounding and neutral;

-violate the protective seals and make structural changes of

Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML;

-exploit Smart - Optimizer AC "ECOD Series ESS-IN-ML for loads exceeding its passport

characteristics;

- operate the Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML with the door open;

- place any objects on the outer surface or the inside the

Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML;

PREPARING FOR WORK AND CONNECTING

- before connecting the Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML it must be inspected for

mechanical damage to its hole and interior components;

- if transportation and storage were carried out at low ambient temperatures prior to installation should be

kept at the installation site Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML.to prevent condensing at

least two (2) hours;

Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML must be carried out by qualified personnel in

compliance with the technical passport, safety rules, according to the scheme connectivity;

- wire N connected to the Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML, cross section must be not

less than 6mm2;

- cable power and ground wires are selected according to the rated current .

- make a visual inspection of the interior of Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML and

check the insulation elements;

- turn "OF" circuit breakers Q1, Q2, Q3

- turn "ON" the circuit breaker QA;

- turn "ON" the circuit breaker QS;

- turn "ON" circuit breakers Q1, Q2, Q3 ;

- operating mode of the Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML signal lamp on ralays.

SERVICE

During the operation of the Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML technical service will be

provided every six (6) month which will include :

-inspection and the connection of wires in order to identify their injuries;

- broach power terminal connections;

- removing dust and dirt from the surface of the Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML

with a dry cloth or brush.

TERMS OF TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Transportation must be carried out by any kind of land transport in closed unsealed compartments

and by any kind of sea transport, air transport (in closed sealed compartments) transport without

restrictions of distance and speed allowed for this mode of transport

Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-IN-ML must be stored in the packaging manufacturer

with a relative humidity up to 90% in ventilated areas in the absence of acid vapors in the air and

gases, harmful effects on materials.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

The company - manufacturer guarantees trouble- free operation of the Smart - Optimizer AC

ECOD Series ES-IN-ML if the consumer observes rules operation and transportation of the device

in accordance with the instructions.

Warranty period of thirty six (36) months from the date of sale.

During this period, the company make a free warranty repair.

This warranty is void in the following cases.

- Failure to comply with rules governing the storage, transport and use, specified in the

technical certificate.

- Violation of the integrity of seals

- Presence on the of optimizer mechanical damage, traces of chemicals

- Repair of optimizer by individuals or organizations that do not have permission to conduct

this work from our company.

- When you use the of optimizer for other purposes

- The manufacturer does not cover damage that are not caused by manufacturer.

- The manufacturer is not responsible for the health and property of the consumer if they did

not meet the standards and operating rules that the Smart - Optimizer AC ECOD Series ES-

IN-ML specified in the user manual
