• Don’t start a project without senior level backing. Senior management should also be one of your top target groups

• Not everyone is a writer - videos, pictures etc. are also good way to communicate

• Move conversation from group emails to Yammer groups

• Use bottom up –methods and create places where everyone can share their ideas and best practices.
