Steps taken for migration to DBT

1. All Collectors are requested for

A. To instruct Gram Panchayat /Nagar Palika and Co- ordinate with

Municipal Corporation about intimation of death of pensioner .

B. To Conduct special drive in all the district through Aaganwadi

/Aasha workers for Physical verification of Pensioners with respect to

Name ,Address , Age, Bank/Post Account details ,Aadhaar numbers

details ,Mobile Number etc.

C. To prepare District Leval Trainers as Special Training Programm for

NSAP &Aadhaar seeding has been conducted during 21st and 22nd

April at Gandhinagar through NIC , New Delhi and UIDAI ,Mumbai

for Data Entry Operators and staff working at 249 Taluka

Mamlatdar offices of Gujarat.

D. To get User Name & Password for Advance Aadhaar Search

PENDING ISSUES WITH MORD AND PFMS

Still today there are 10,000 Postal accounts pending

for registration

In PFMS beneficiary registration response is very

much slow, files are pending for very long time.

Beneficiary which is registered with PFMS ,at the

time of payment got rejected due to wrong mapping

of schemes code in PFMS

We are generated payment file every month to PFMS

but we could not get quick payment response from

PFMS New Delhi so we could not generate next

month payment file .
