Donghae Co., Ltd. has been specialized in manufacturing Knife gate valves since its foundation. With abundant experience and continuous efforts to develop the technology, we have introduced a leak-free water gate valve (soft seat and plate-type disc structure) that goes beyond the limits of knife gate valves that have been applied only for limited and special applications such as chips and powders.

Our patented technology, soft seat water gate valve has no leakage when shutting off(ANSI 150LB & 300LB(JIS 10K & 20K) applicable). It not only solves the persistent problem of the valve which has been applied to the existing waterworks, but also shows both performance and economical advantages as there is no foreign substances buildup on the bottom of the valve port and it has the bonnet structure not allowing leakage to the outside of the body.This soft seat knife gate valve is supplied to all fluid lines such as rectification line, gas line, marine shipbuilding, power plant as well as water supply and drainage line, and has been recognized for its quality. It is a valve with sufficient competitiveness as an alternative to gate valve, ball valve and butterfly valve, which are in high demand for valves.
