The heads of executive authorities in all of the three districts reported that the material damage was being fully covered by the Government. AZN 20,000 one-off cash assistance was allocated to those who lost a civilian family member during the hostilities. AZN 12,000 was allocated to those families who lost their houses (to cover expenses while new houses are being built). The heads of executive authorities also mentioned that there is need for medical psychological assistance, creating opportunities for the return of people to normal life, support the people with disabilities and families of fallen soldiers with employment, water supply, reparation of kindergartens and support in demaining.
