• Audience’s viewing habits are changing, using technologically converged devices to stream content. This could prove problematic for traditional exhibitors , as audiences start to look online for their media content.
• “Virtual Reality is possible [with 8K] in the future on smaller screen such as Oculus Rift displays,” Narichika Hamaguchi, a senior manager at NHK’s research lab, told The Hollywood Reporter.
