ClimateThe bright and dangerous South African sun does not seem to have much of an effect on average yearly temperatures of about 60º F. Seasons in the Southern hemisphere are opposite to that of the Northern; winter extends from June to September and warmer temperatures happen from October to about March. South Africa generally has sunny days and cool nights.
