Concrete Work • Floor is a 7” slab in warehouse area • Dowelled construction joints and saw cut control joints• Concrete fl oors with a minimum compressive strength 4,000 psi• Floor fl atness minimum of Ff45 per the acceptable fl atness standards

Dock Layout • 55’ concrete apron in dock area• 24 dock openings equipped with 9’ x 10’ insulated sectional steel overhead doors, pits, 25,000 lb. levelers, shelters and bumpers with provisions for additional doors• Four 14’ x 16’ drive-through doors
