Join us at the Capoeira Angola Center of Mestre João Grande-IL in Urbana for a multi-cultural camp experience. Each day kids will get a chance to enjoy interactive Spanish lessons, create arts and crafts from different countries, learn about Latin American culture, and get moving with capoeira—a Brazilian martial- arts dance form. Campers will also explore the arts with Farm League Skate Shop and Action Jackson Comics, take a field trip to the I.D.E.A. store where students can select materials for one of our projects, and have lunch in the park weather permitting. Bring a sack lunch and wear comfortable clothes.
