ENGINEERING CONSULTANCYLifting Projects Our experienced team provides total lift management including design and planning, equipment selection, method statements and risk assessments. We also support complex lifting projects with the provision of qualified lift engineers, supervisors and riggers.

SALES & HIRETest Weights & Cradles With our stock of 500 tonnes of metal test weights together with cradles in various capacities of up to 300 tonnes, we can support a wide range of load tests that require the use of live loads. Our test weight cradles also have the added advantage of being designed and manufactured in-house.
DESIGN & MANUFACTURINGTransport Frames & Cases We understand transport cases and frames have an infinite portfolio of personalised designs to meet the demands of nationally recognised and project specific standards. Our trained team work closely with customers to ensure high engineered components for each project.
Lifting Beams Designed and manufactured by our own in-house engineering team, we offer a range of spreader beams, frames and lifting beams. These can be fixed length for a specific application or modular, to accommodate a number of different applications.

Bespoke mechanical equipment & systemsOur team design and analyse bespoke mechanical equipment and systems to both nationally recognised and project specific standards. We can provide either the design or the complete package.
Crane StructuresWe can design, manufacture, install and test both ceiling mounted and free standing floor mounted light-weight lifting systems with capacities up to 10,000kg SWL. These are adaptable, flexible, cost competitive and enable low effort movement of loads.
Container based rigging Lofts & Workshops We have a range of standard design workshops and rigging lofts manufactured from DNV 2.7-1 containers that can be supplied at short notice. Alternatively, we can design and manufacture bespoke designs to suit your exact requirements.
Fall Protection SystemsOur team is trained in the design, installation, thorough examination, testing and certification of a range of safety line systems, including wire rope and rails. We also carry a comprehensive stock of height safety products including full body safety harnesses and shock absorbers.
TESTING & INSPECTION Non-Destructive TestingOur inspectors are qualified to carry out Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI), Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and visual weld inspections. They also have the necessary qualifications, medicals and experience to work on offshore locations.
Lifting Equipment Statutory Inspection (LOLER)Our highly skilled and LEEA qualified inspectors can carry out thorough examinations of your lifting equipment and height safety products and systems.
Product Load TestingAt Lift-rite we provide testing services for all types of lifting appliances and associated equipment including ‘A’ frames, davits, cranes, runway beams, lift shaft beams, pad eyes and offshore / subsea structures and components.
Weighing Services, Structures & Components Our team provide a weighing service for all types of offshore/ subsea structures and components. With our own equipment we can weigh structures up to 800 tonnes to utilise our engineering capabilities and determine centres of gravity.
