In Preliminary round, participants are not allowed to bring text when they perform.

If the participant does not appear after three times calling, he/she still gets the chance to perform at the last turn. If the participant does not appear after the last turn calling, she/he will be disqualified.

Prepared Themes. There will be 2 themes that have been post in the web.Themes:

Compelling Indonesian indigenous people to go to school in order to increase the education.

Some actions or solutions to reduce the amount of labors in Indonesia.

Question Section. Each finalist will be given 3 questions with maximum time 2 minutes to answer the each question.The committee will decide the theme for the finalist.Duration: Min = 7 minutes, Max = 10 minutes.
