Aufbauanleitung

Die Murmelspiele werden fertig montiert geliefert.

Im ersten Arbeitsgang ist die Position des Gerätes fest-

zulegen. Im zweiten Arbeitsgang wird ein Loch ent-

sprechend der äußeren Abmessungen des Spielgerä-

tes plus umlaufend von mind. 100 mm ausgehoben. Die

Aushubtiefe beträgt 270 mm.

Füllen Sie nun eine ca. 120 mm dicke Schotterschicht

in das ausgehobene Loch und verdichten diese. Auf die

Schotterschicht bringen Sie noch eine 30 mm starke

Feinsplittschicht auf und ziehen diese waagerecht ab;

dies erleichtert die spätere Ausrichtung der Platte und

gewährlistet den Wasserablauf aus den Murmellö-

chern.

Heben Sie jetzt das Murmelspiel an den mitgelieferten

Augenschrauben M16 mit Hilfe eines Hebegerätes auf

die Spilittschicht und prüfen die Ausrichtung der Mur-

melspielplatte. Diese sollte sich in einer waagerechten

Lage befinden. Die Spieloberfläche des Murmelspiels

sollte mit etwas Überstand zur umgebenen Fläche ein-

gebaut werden, damit eine Verschmutzung durch über-

laufendes Regenwasser ausgeschlossen wird.

Beachten Sie jedoch, dass sich das Murmelspiel nicht

in einem Durchgangsbereich befindet und somit eine

Stolperkante bildet.

Verfüllen Sie den offenen Bereich um die Platte mit ei-

ner ca. 120 mm starken Schotterschicht und abschlie-

ßend mit dem endgültigen Bodenbelag.

Mounting instructions

conlastic marble games are delivered as a one-piece item.

First step to be taken is positioning of the item. Secondly

dig a hole according to the ouside measurements of the

marble game you purchased plus extra 100 mm circumfe-

rentially. The excavation depth is 270 mm.

Now fill in a layer of 120 mm of gravel in the excavated

hole and bound this layer. On top of this gravel layer you

need to add a layer of 30 mm of grit and trowel it up ho-

rizontally. This layer will provide water expiration from

holes of the marble games.

Make sure you got lifting equipment available being siuta-

ble for lifting the weight given of the item you purchased,

With the help of provided M16 eye-bolts and suitable lif-

ting equipment now lift the marble game on the layer of

grit and check the direction of the marble game. The mar-

ble game should be horizontally leveled. Make sure that

play level is being installed with a small protusion to the

surrounding surface so that overflowing rainwater can not

soil the playing surface.

Please make sure that the marble game is not being ins-

talled in any passageways.

Finally re-fill the rest of the digged hole surrounding the

marble game with a layer of gravel and final flooring.
