REMITTANCE: A minimum deposit of 50% is required to hold the requested space. The remaining 50% is due no

later than 60 days prior to event move-in. Any late payments and all contracts established within 60 days of

show must be paid by credit card only. Booth location will

not be assigned until deposit is received.

ACCEPTANCE: The exhibitor has read the Terms & Condition of Agreement. Exhibitor understands that this

Agreement shall be legally binding between the Event management and the Exhibitor only upon acceptance in

writing from the Event management. Exhibitor

understands that early teardown during the event can and will result in an option of renewal of any and all

future events with the management.

The support from a sponsor plays the largest role in bringing an event like this to the public. Sponsors provide the Rinancial backing to an event to see it through to success, while providing brand exposure to the company.

Though word of mouth has always been a great way to earn business, but in today’s digitally driven market word of mouth is no longer a viable means to rely upon. Radio and Online media content are the new ways to

reach a targeted audience with a message.

Sponsors are more than just a Rinancial means; they are apart of the event. Your name becomes synonymous with the event. People talk about it and become a supporter of the sponsor. Seeing them as more than just a

sponsor, a friend to the industry, community and fans.

Sponsors become are the show, being included in all the marketing, advertisement, website and social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and more). Fans get to know the sponsor and their role in bringing this

event to them, the public.

EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

Noise Levels Please keep sound at a level that allows neighboring exhibitors to be able to conduct business. We will ask you to turn down or turn off any sound system/ ampli>ier that is bothering your neighbors. Failure to do so will result in loss of power to your exhibit. Noise makers (air horns, sirens, etc.) are not permitted. Security Show management is responsibility for providing security coverage beginning at the of>icial, published move-in time and ending at the of>icial, published move-out time. Exhibitors are responsible for security of their booth and any loss, or damage to their property during move-in/ move-out hours. And during the evening hours while event is closed. Event management assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or injury to any property of the exhibitor or to any of it’s of>icers, agents, employees, or contractor, whenever attributed to accident, >ire, or any other cause whatsoever. Security Tips Securing your exhibit materials and items is always a good idea. o  Do not leave your booth unattended at any time, AV equipment, cash registers, and product should be placed under a

table and out of sight. o  Do not indicate the contents on the outside of boxes and crates stored in your space, o  Never leave money, purses, wallets or laptops unattended in your booth. Take your cash, credit cards and credit card

receipts with you at the end of each day. o  Do not leave valuable items/ personal items in clear view or within reaching distance of attendees. Staf8ing Exhibit booths must be staffed at all times. Exhibits must open promptly at the open of each day. And close at the end of the show. The event venue will open 1 hour before the open of the show for exhibitors only. Access to the event venue before or after show hours will not be permitted. Demonstrations While entertaining/ demonstrating in booth, you must arrange your booth in a manner that attendees do not block aisles, over>low into nearby booths or disruption of a neighboring booths. Normal >low of traf>ic must be maintained at all times. Materials Displayed Show management reserves the right to require exhibitors to remove any materials from their exhibit, which is determined, at our discretion, to be inappropriate. Motor Vehicles o  Fuel levels must not exceed ¼ tank of gas or contain more than 5 gallons, whichever is less. o  Keys must be kept onsite for any vehicles in the event of emergency removal is required o  Vehicles and exhibits cannot block access to exit doors or >ire lanes. o  Operation of any vehicle is prohibited inside of building (Other than for move-in or move-out) o  Vehicles are subject to random inspections by event staff and security o  All vehicles must be removed no later 12 noon the day following the event Move-out Early move out is prohibited, including the early removal of vehicles. Tear down will commence at close of the event once the public has been removed. Vehicles cannot be moved until the public has been removed from the venue. Workers Wristbands will be issued to workers assisting in the setup or tear down of an exhibitor’s booth. Wristbands will allow access during move-in and move-out only and is not valid during show hours. Wristbands can be obtained at move-in from show management during check-in. Late Arrivals Exhibitors arriving after show has opened to general public will not be allowed to setup till the following morning if it can be arranged. Empty booth space is forfeited with no refund.
