If you or your company is interested in participating in the Technology Showcase as a Poster Presenter, please submit an abstract for your Poster Presentation. Those interested in presenting in Tabletop Only will NOT need to answer the Call for Papers. Abstracts will be reviewed and accepted on a “first come-first served” basis as the Technology Showcase is limited to the number of posters allowed.

Schedule Overview

Exhibitor Move In/Set Up: You can begin setting up your poster/tabletop AFTER you have collected your registration badge (available Tuesday, December 11, 2018 between the hours of 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM).

Exhibit Dates/Times: The Technology Showcase will be open to all registrants for the duration of the conference since it will be located in a main conference hub area. Main conference activities will occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on both days. In addition, there will be multiple breaks built into the program’s schedule designated for Technology Showcase time.
