Beaumont Strata Management have been managing strata and community title properties for over 35 years, most recently

concentrating on commercial and industrial properties and select residential estates.

• We work closely with the Strata Committee, owners and tenants to ensure that the complex runs to expectation. We

take a proactive approach to management so as not to distract the owners/occupants from managing their businesses.

• Each of our strata managers handles a relatively small number of strata plans all of which are located within a short

distance of each other and our offices – as a result, our managers can devote more time and attention to ensuring the

complex is maintained to the standard owners expect. Because we don’t chase business across town, our managers are

regularly on-site and deal with matters before they become major issues.

• We manage mainly commercial/industrial and retail complexes – this is a specialist skill that we have developed.

• We have excellent relationships with local contractors, a number of whom work exclusively for us – this ensures that

emergencies are dealt with within short timeframes at any time of the day or night, weekday or weekend. We have

excellent relationships with insurers and use our buying power to get the best deals for our clients. We are often able to

get savings for strata schemes that more than covers our fee.

• We understand the relevant legislation and regulations – we know how laws are to be interpreted and ensure compliance

with those laws.

• We use state of the art technology that ensures that the bookkeeping and tax matters are dealt with appropriately, work

orders are appropriately logged and dealt with, pertinent information is stored and owners can pay their levies by

telephone or internet banking at a time that suits them. Owners can retrieve their information through our web portal.

and tenants alike.
