Sponsored by DX Engineering, "ARRL The Doctor is In" is an informative discussion of all things technical. Listen on your computer, tablet, or smartphone -- whenever and wherever you like! Every 2 weeks, your host, QST Editor-in-Chief Steve Ford, WB8IMY, and the Doctor himself, Joel Hallas, W1ZR, will discuss a broad range of technical topics. You can also e-mail your questions to [email protected], and the Doctor may answer them in a future podcast.

Share in the excitement and importance of ham radio - from tossing an antenna wire into a tree allowing you to talk to the world, to the importance of ham radio operators in time of disasters with hosts Bob Heil, Gordon West, George Thomas, Don Wilbanks, Valerie Hotzfeld, Amanda Alden, and Dale Puckett. This is my favorite show of the week.

Cale Nelson founder of 6 Arrows Radio Network and HamRadio360.com was designed to be a Ham Radio news, education and entertainment site. 6 Arrows Radio Network hosts two different podcasts. Through multiple content providers, Ham Radio 360 strives to bring the reader and listeners a daily dose of Amateur Radio Education and Entertainment.

Amateur Radio Newsline™ is a free service to the amateur radio community. We produce a weekly audio news bulletin called a “QST” or “bulletin of interest to radio amateurs” that is delivered by a downloadable MP3 audio file from our website and over an automated dial-in telephone line. It operations are primarily supported by voluntary donations from individual amateurs and amateur radio clubs. Amateur Radio Newsline™ produces a weekly newscast of interest to radio amateurs worldwide. The bulletins conform to all sections and codes as outlined under the United States FCC Part 97 Amateur Radio Service rules regarding the legal means of amateur radio operators issuing “QST’s” or “Bulletins of Interest to All Amateurs.” We differ only in format and follow a more traditional radio “spot news” format. Whenever possible, we attempt to bring you the voices of those in the news.

AmateurLogic.TV Ham Radio & Technology

AmateurLogic.TV is the first and longest running Internet television program dedicated to Amateur Radio and Technology.

The show began in October 2005 shortly after Hurricane Katrina came aground. Three hams in the Jackson, MS area decided to produce a show about technology and ham radio. Internet video was just becoming a reality and made it possible to share their experiences with an anxious audience that had been ignored by mainstream media.

AmateurLogic.TV continues to present interesting information and fun on or about the 15th of every month. Since it's inception, AmateurLogic has built a loyal fan base all over the globe who have watched the episodes more than half a million times.

Not being a fan of TV, I KD2EFR, often listen to alternative media sources. Here is a list of some of my favorite podcasts and internet TV shows. I would guess to say, these are just a few of the plethora media outlets for ham radio. In fact, I have not listed any Youtube channels. There are hundreds and hundreds specifically for ham radio.

One of our very own had 30 seconds, 2 seconds of fame on HamNation. (WA2TMZ)
