Every year we rely heavily on our Christmas Offering in addition to
our parishioner’s weekly or monthly gifts. This year, more than ever,
parishioner’s participation in our Christmas offering is critical.
Parish’s Christmas offering budget is $25,000. This is in addition to
our regular weekly offering budget. We realize that the pandemic
has affected every one of our parish families in one way or another
just like it has affected our Parish as a whole. We are asking each of
you to do what you are able to, financially, for our parish this
Christmas.
Due to the restrictions that have been put in place as a result of the
pandemic the parish has focused on increasing and encouraging
parishioners to utilize electronic giving. Listed below are some
helpful steps on how give to our Christmas budget this year.
1. Text to Give • Please open a new text message draft, and next to the word “To:” please
type in the number 602.610.1810. • Then you can type the dollar amount in the body text, that you would like to
donate. • You should be getting a text reply back with the link to complete the
transaction. Please click the link and add your credit card information. Submit the form you have filled out and you are done.
2. Electronic Giving • Please visit our website simonjude.org. On the top right of the page there is a
large “Donate Now” button. Click the link to donate to our Christmas budget. 3. Christmas Envelope • If you normally give to the Christmas budget using Christmas envelopes,
please bring your envelope to the church and add to the basket after mass or drop it in the slot of the parish office door. If you need a Christmas envelope, we have envelopes by each of the exits.
We appreciate your support to your parish and want to continue to provide for your spiritual needs through the Sacraments and all the programs we offer.

Christmas Greetings from St. Vincent de
Paul.
In Colossians today we heard “But above
all these things have charity, which is the
bond of perfection: And let the peace of
Christ rejoice in your hearts, wherein also
you are called in one body: and be ye
thankful.”
Remember that you can receive up to a
$400 dollar for dollar tax credit when you
donate to St. Vincent de Paul. The credit is
doubled to $800 if you file jointly. Your
contributions go directly to needy families in
our parish and help provide meals,
encouragement and hope to members of
our community.
Our hearts are overflowing and we thank
you and God bless you for your generosity.

Starting in January, giving envelopes will no
longer be mailed to those who tithe weekly
using envelopes. If you normally get
envelopes mailed to you throughout the
year, we have your 2021 personalized
envelope booklet available for you in the
parish office. Please pick them up as soon
as possible because your January
envelopes are included. The parish office is
open Monday –Friday 9am to 12pm
beginning Jan 4th.

Un regalo de Navidad para tu parroquia
Todos los años dependemos en gran medida de nuestra Ofrenda de
Navidad, además de las donaciones semanales o mensuales de
nuestros feligreses. Este año, más que nunca, la participación de
los feligreses en nuestra ofrenda navideña es fundamental. El
presupuesto de la ofrenda de Navidad de la parroquia es de $

Porteadores de San Jose ¡Está buscando hombres valientes que estén
