FATHER’S NOTES

Page Three EASTER SUNDAY April 12, 2020

Dear Parishioners

I would like to inspire in you to have Faith and to remember the Easter message which is that Jesus lived, died and has risen for us. He is the source of our salvation. These past few weeks have especially been difficult, more so for others. However, especially during this challenging time, we got to remain steady and our Faith placed in Him. Jesus carried his cross for us and tells us that we need to carry our crosses, no matter how difficult this may be. Jesus promises to be with us to share our burdens. We encourage all our parishioners to join us in prayer through the live stream transmission on Facebook at 9:00 am, Monday through Saturday for Adoration and Rosary , if possible on a daily basis. We will be praying the Rosary for all the victims of the COVID-19 pandemic and their families, we will pray for the people in the front lines at the hospitals, clinics, the cleaning crews, and all of their families. God loves us and demonstrates that for us in the obedience of his son, Jesus.

God is with us in our sufferings and in our joys. We need to help and encourage each other, especially the elderly and our medical personnel. Please have patience and hope as we pray for this pandemic may soon pass. May God Bless You and Your Family this Easter Season! Fr. Xamie
