the breakdowN

The current St. Lawrence roster is com-posed of seven seniors, eight juniors, five sophomores and seven first-years. Seven of the team’s 27 rostered players are Canadian, representing two provinces in Ontario and Quebec. The 20 Americans playing for the Saints this season repre-sent 14 states: California, Connecticut, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Vir-ginia and Wisconsin.

Sixteen players list a USHL team as their last team, while four played in the BCHL, three in the OJHL, one in the NAHL and three came from U.S. prep schools.

Up Next

The Saints will return to action after the New Year with a midweek game at the University of Vermont on Tuesday, Jan. 3 at 7 p.m. in Burlington, Vt. The game against the Catamounts kicks off a seven game road trip for the Saints, as they don’t play at Appleton again until Jan. 27-28 when they host RPI and Union.
