HELP WANTED: ALTAR LINEN VOLUNTEERS
I am looking for a few individuals who would be willing to launder and iron our altar linens. (These are the linens used by the priest while celebrating Mass – corporals, purificators, and finger towels.) The process involves presoaking, washing, and hand ironing. You will be provided with specific instructions on how they are to be folded and ironed. My hope is that with several people they can share the responsibility and only have to take a “turn” every few weeks. If you have interest, please contact me at 302-652-6800 Ext 112 or [email protected] or Stephanie Casey at [email protected] or ext. 145.
Thank you, Father Kirk
PHASE 1: SMM MASS SCHEDULE
Reopening Phase 1, we will offer 2 daily masses per week (T & TH at 10AM) and 1 weekend mass (Sunday 10AM). Our approach is to have a safe and gradual opening, ensuring the best practices are utilized. In Phase 1, attendance is limited to 150 people. Once 150 is reached, we unfortunately are not permitted to allow any other people in church. Please familiarize yourself with the guidelines prior to coming to mass. Visit our Reopening Guidelines Page & Mass Times on our website for the most up to date info. Reminders:
You must wear a mask and sanitize your hands upon entering.
If you are coming to church by yourself, please sit in one of the smaller pews, leaving the larger pews open for families.
Remain in your pew until an usher directs you to communion by going up your isle toward he center (see arrows on the floor.)
On weekends, worship aides and bulletins are available for you to take near the sanitizing table.
