Welcome to the new
school year. Our focus is
for your child to learn with
Christ and to grow in
Christ. Our team is here
for you to work together
in order to provide the
best faith filled education
possible.. A few points of
emphasis:
1. Open Communica-
tion is critical. If you
have a question,
concern, etc. let us
know about it in a
professional manner
so we can work to-
gether to resolve or
address.
2. Faith is practiced
daily. Your child is
provided spiritual
reinforcement on a
daily basis. It is our
hope that your child
attends mass on a
regular basis in order
to fully grow in Christ
and his teachers.
3. High expectations—
your child will be ex-
pected to grow in
faith , character, aca-
demics, and at their
level of capabilities.
Individual student
performance will be
assessed, evaluated,
and instruction will be
tailored to data.
4. Positive support of
the school, staff, stu-
dents is critical in es-
tablishing a culture
and climate that is
conducive to spiritual
growth and educa-
tional growth.
5. The golden rule will
be the expectation of
behavior for all stu-
dents.

Our New Teachers:
Hobbies: Soc-
cer,biking,traveling, music,
attending concerts, spend-
ing time

and friends.
Favorite
Scripture:
Psalm 27—
”The Lord
is my light
and salva-
tion; of
whom shall
I fear? The Lord is the
strength of my life of whom
shall I be afraid?”
Favorite Historical Per-
son: Martin Luther King.
“I am extremely excited to
be a part of such a strong
faith community with a rich
history and tradition. I’m
especially looking forward
to working alongside the
families to ensure their stu-
dents are receiving the
best Catholic education
possible. I can't wait to
meet the students, faculty,
and parents and I'm look-
ing forward to a great
school year!”
Mr. Steve Traylor will be our music
teacher and math resource/support
facilitator. With several years of expe-
rience as a music educator, Mr. Tray-
lor provides the knowledge
,experience, and talent for our music
program to thrive.
“PreK-8 is such as critical time for spiritual growth, and music speaks to the soul where no words can. I’m ex-cited to share music with students at
St. Pat's - sharing in successes and progress as students build skills & appreciation. It's exciting to help students increasingly express themselves through music.” Hobbies: I enjoy performing music on trombone and tu-ba plus attending live theatre and music concerts. Art & history museums inspire me. I enjoy the outdoors - hik-ing, backpacking, off-roading in my Jeep, & riding my Harley. I also enjoy fishing with friends. Favorite Scripture: My favorite scripture changes with time, circumstances, and relevance. My current relevant scripture is 1st Timothy 1:5 -- "But the goal of our instruc-tion is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith." Another relevant scripture is 2nd Corin-thians 5:7 -- "For we walk by faith, not by sight." Favorite musician/music genre: I really don't have a favorite musician/genre. I listen and appreciate all music at different times for different reasons. However, some musicians/composers/genres in my current play list. are: Composers: Gustav Mahler, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Stephen Sondheim, Carole King; Musicians: Jethro Tull, Steely Dan, Chicago, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Wolfmother, Dexter Gordon, Chick Corea, JJ Johnson, Return to Forever, Dave Taylor, Christian Lind-berg, Josh Turner, Chicago Symphony, North Texas Wind Symphony; Genres: Hard bop jazz, R&B, Funk, Al-ternative rock, Romantic-era classical, wind ensemble music.
