AUSTENITIC
• This group of stainless steels has the best features from a manufacturing and equipment component point of view, as well as in-service behaviour. They have excellent forming properties, very good weldability and good resistance to corrosion. This is the most widely-used group of steels.
FERRITIC
• Very good deformability and excellent metal making, machinability and surface fi nish possibilities, make these steels a cost-effective alternative to austenitic steels for decorative and indoor applications.

Surface fi nish
Decorative tubes
An essential part of decorative tubes is the surface fi nish. Condesa Inox has developed the latest technology to ensure the best quality in all surface fi nishes. There have been implemented surface fi nish tests and control processes to ensure liability and homogeneity.
• Surface fi nishes
• Standard manufacturing fi nish: Mechanical fi nish on line with brush fi nish.
• Finishes subject to enquiry:
Without brushingThe tube is supplied without being brushed superfi cially.
Dull polishSurface polishing treatment with grain from 240 to 600.Tubes are individually wrapped in a protector plastic.
Mirror polishSurface mirror polishing treatment with grain up to 1,000.Tubes are individually wrapped in a micro-perforated plastic.
Nautic Mirror polishSurface treatment of tubes in special polished fi nish with extra quality.Tubes are individually wrapped in a micro-perforated plastic.
